The Simple Beauty

It's the simple things that stop me in my tracks. This frame is just a school of fish resting on a sandy bottom, facing into the current, completely still. Most people would swim straight past them, and honestly, I almost did. But then I saw it, this whole composition just sitting there like someone had painted it and set it in front of me. I hovered and waited, watching, and then the fish at the top right started drifting across the others and everything locked into place. That's the shot.
