Collection: People In Motion

Photographing people in the water is much more than just a shot of someone surfing, I'm always looking for that moment of full connection, where someone is so deep in it that everything else disappears. I use a slow shutter technique to capture the flow of that, the ghosting, the blur, the way motion leaves a trace. Each image in this collection is a chase, sometimes months, sometimes years, for a single frame that feels like it was always there waiting.
