motion photography is one of those things you chase for months or even years before you actually get the shot you want, and this one i was chasing something that's honestly hard to even describe.
when you get water on the front of a wetsuit you can get this amazing effect if you use slow motion and the light hits it just right, so with the right camera movement, at the right time of year, at the right angle, you get this ghosting effect. sounds simple but i tried different angles, different positions, different beaches and i could never nail it.
this particular evening it all came together. moved the camera at the right speed, got the effect i was after. and as soon as i hit the shutter i knew straight away, that one's the one.
