Waves In Motion VII

The bank at the front of my house had a little wave breaking, and I could see the sunset had potential, so I grabbed the camera and got in. What happened over the next hour was one of those sessions that reminds you why you do this — wave after wave, the light turning golden and then deep, the water doing things I wasn't expecting. This frame is from that afternoon. Some of my favourite work comes from the spots closest to home.
